High above the city, a world-class facility is shaping the next generation of physical therapists.

Designed to accommodate 200 students at any given time, the building wraps its learning and gathering spaces around the exterior, maximizing access to natural light and offering sweeping views. At its core, the interior features smaller, individual study rooms and a central "main street" lined with student lockers, creating a sense of community and flow.

While proudly representing a storied East Coast university, the facility embraces a modern West Coast aesthetic—simple, professional, and engaging. A minimal color palette grounds the space, with deep blues providing a sense of stability and light blue accents adding energy and brightness. Movement is subtly echoed through flooring laid on the bias and custom environmental graphics throughout.

The Weaver team delivered comprehensive services, including architectural design, interior and furniture design, room signage, and environmental graphics—bringing the university’s vision to life from the ground up.
