A revolutionary fitness brand now has a new location in South Lake Union. PVOLVE’s new 1,500-square-foot studio in Kilroy Realty’s West 8 building was created by Weaver Architects with Venture Construction as the General Contractor. Designing within an existing high-bay retail space required close coordination with existing adjacent tenants, Kilroy, and existing mechanical infrastructure. The space, now transformed from a former kitchen supply space, is bright and energetic, evoking a modern feel with natural touches that provide a warm, welcoming environment. The main studio space is complemented by lockers, reception with retail, and equipment areas.
