The primary goal of this space was to create a modern Pacific Northwest aesthetic, updating from a more traditional, dark woods and heavy build-out. By incorporating lighter wood tones, polished concrete, and subtle use of the NWM branding colors, the space has been redesigned to meet the current and evolving needs of clients and staff. The primary public facing entry was expanded to include more open space, a self-serve coffee bar, and seating with extensive glass frontage to open up views to the south, including Mount Rainier. The office areas were designed to maximize efficiencies with both perimeter and interior office spaces with interior open work areas. Offices fronts were updated with sliding wood doors and full glass relights to allow for natural light filtration into open work areas and interior offices.
