Miller Nash

Miller Nash sought a move from their long time location on the Waterfront and arrived in the heart of the International District. Encompassing the top floor of the building the total space is 24,600 square feet and includes exterior decks over Lumen Field and views towards Elliott Bay. While private offices wrap the exterior of the floor, the west side of the space was created for client meeting, gallery, common open cafe area and gathering space. The interior finishes reflect quiet sophistication with a nod towards northwest warmth. Open ceilings throughout the common area are enhanced with wood clouds and acoustic striated ceiling treatments.
