Working with this foreign technology firm, Weaver Architects designed 60,000 square feet of office space as well as their new cutting edge IOT lab; which shows off their technological prowess to new and existing clients. Given the size of company projects and the number of employees, creating flexible office and computer lab spaces was essential while still allowing for communal gathering venues for breaks, lunch or informal meeting space. The IOT lab was designed for various presentation and informal meeting areas where acoustics, lighting and collaboration were a priority.
